Three major parks.
One in Seattle Center, another just short of Shoreline, and another in the White Center/Westcrest Park area.
Each one would have a different overall theme and different rides and games, to encourage travel to each of these rather than just making copies.
All three would engage seattle activity and community groups with offerings of material resources to develop a constant stream of activities catering to particular interests that change by the week and the group in charge.
Each group gets to be gamesmaster and innovate and adapt to changes in peoples tastes and perhaps introduce that which has not been done before.
This aspect of the park...the independent groups will make going to the parks more appealing than less changeable and more expensive fixed rides and games/systems would be on their own, giving them more life.
