One of the ways that we will raise funds for our projects is through a fee drawn from the trading of stocks on our exchange.

All trading will require annual payment, rather than a per trade fee.  Paid weekly, monthly or yearly.

Here is a preview...specific numbers are set to adjust to practical realities.

250 dollars for trading of $25,000 or less
325 dollars for trading to $75,000 from $25,000
375 dollars for trading to $150,000 from $75,000
400 dollars for trading to $500,000 from $150,000
500 dollars for trading to $1,000,000 from $500,000
750 dollars for trading to $3,000,000 from $1,000,000
and $750 per 2 million extra.

We aim to create a 401k-like instrument, tax-protected, which people buy into...or people's employers do...so that it becomes close to universal.

Aiming for 100 million investors by 2011.
250 million by 2012....and 400-600 million by the end of 2014.

Averaging at 300 for each investor that's 30 billion annually, minimum.

To encourage the process, a person will be REQUIRED to purchase a CWIG membership in order to trade CHI companies...which will have their own approximate (though more costly) scale of fees.

This fee scale will occur for the first 10 years, then we will do a profit-share fee structure taking no more than 30 percent of profits against a per year minimum in trading....meaning if you lose...we do, and if you win there is a 30 percent maximum we will EVER take as a fee.

We will also put forth a novel system....where the traders and brokers will NOT serve us, but YOU.

An altruistic system will help create a more stable financial system, where greed and it's pursuit is more uncommon than common, at least among those serving in the systems mechanisms....the individuals investing will have to speak for themselves on this matter.
