At the present location a plain mall resides, and condos have been added.

Our vision changes the mall into a series of tall interconnected buildings encompassing the entirety of the 50 acres, standing 40-60 stories up, and 20-30 down, presenting an awesome sight, with the look of a single structure.

With several vertical parks, olympic size swimming pools, sauna's, gymasiums, gaming centers, and much more, most of which will be free, which will encourage its frequent and wide ranging use, and will also help people to part with their money at hundreds of the adjacent shops.

Designed in a futuristic style, drawing from many fictional dream worlds, of technological utopias, and in this theme presenting many made to order gadgets for patron use, and atmospheric devices to dazzle the senses.

Integrating either a quicktube outward in several directions to underground parking spots at a distance, to distribute congregation of peoples.
There will be NO parking at the mall...it will be all park, shops, services, experiences, and sights.

This architectural indulgence is meant to act as a draw much as the mall of america does, adding to the list of reasons for people to visit Seattle....things you don't see or experience anywhere else...at least in the U.S.
