Overwatch is simply a stationary chip-based multicamera system that blankets areas such as buildings or busses with a constant recording of the events that transpire.
The record master holds all the visuals for a period of 24-48 hours....inspections of the facilities or busses for such things as lost items, vandalism, littering, or damage to property is carried out routinely throughout the day and if something is found the record is examined and forwarded to the proper authorities...if nothing is different, then the record is allowed to automatically erase and loop into the next cycle.
