Royal Suites



A residential Palace at greenlake, where the current hole in the ground resides, there will stand a special housing complex that is a mix of hotel and condo in form and function.

200-300 suites specifically for the those who have achieved states of human excellence whether publicly credited or not....whether academia, sport, business, politics, humanitarian, technology, theoretical sciences, literature, social causes, etc..

Several people will be selected from each group under consideration, at least every month, for great contributions they have made in their field of endeavour, and will be invited.

Each resident will have a private driver during a stay.

Each suite will be made unique in every detail and given a name.

Famous and unknowns alike will have a free short respite in these exceptionally luxuriant spaces, lasting anywhere between 1 day to 3 months.

All will be made available by invitation only.

These invited personalities will bring to our area a greater worldly interest and also provide an opportunity to consider our city as a possible place to live as opposed to some of the more well known places people of great esteem gather.

It is also a way to honor people more broadly...rewarding them as a public act....leveling the field between professions, where excellence is the key ingredient for recognition not the field itself.....people who might otherwise only be known in their own field by their peers, rather than all their contemporaries...will have an opportunity to shine brightly.
