No fees, No expenses that you do not want to incur.
What you do while you are in country, is up to you, but you will always have a home during your stay, food, and all other modern amenities.
Additionally an option for those who like the idea of a cultural exchange we would offer their homes/apartments to foreign participants in a similar program operated by our organization in their home country...so vacating your home would not increase the odds of your home/property being burglarized.
And for those paranoid or simply uncomfortable with strangers using your things..we would offer automatic moving..into storage of those items you designate....and in the case of furniture and the like we would replace yours with our own stocks of varied items to be removed and replaced, by your items, prior to your return..
This would mean Seattle would become trully global, having all of its people move out of the country, EVERY YEAR, like clockwork to learn about and enjoy the outside world, and perhaps grow wiser and more connected to the world as a whole.
