A special underground construct in the eastern king county area among the mountains.....a mix of naturalistic and technological entertainments, sights, and varied delights that are blended to conjure a kind of Las Vegas of the northwest, minus the gambling, at least in monetary terms.

With a tremendous number of activities that are engagement specific, especially in ways that challange people, and draw them out into nature.

The ENTIRE city, minus its signature Garden Maze Park (which will be above ground), will be underground as with waterbodies.....public pools, rivers, ponds...
Generally, unconventional and irregular level and floor assignments in most buildings will be set, meaning that you likely will not find a room on the 13th floor of some building so much as room 1301 somewhere around 120 feet up in that thing that could be a scupture or a building, or whatever that is.....
Average depth will reach at least 200 feet below the surface.

Garden Maze Park will be a Fantastically scaled and intricately designed series of interlocking mazes which allows a person to enter or exit various interesting points of the city, but also to get from one place to another with unique sights or asthetic features not found elsewhere....hidden entrances and exits, everywhere...some leading back to another location some going nowhere some into libraries or smaller parks or pools, etc... something that all but those with the best of memories would find a great joy (or greatly perplexing) in exploring for hundreds of hours.
